Delicious food and extraordinary facilities. The staff is very attentive and diligent.
Cool place. The food is a little bland to my taste but that might just need Yucatan cuisine. I would still recommend trying it.
I found the food tasty but not exquisite. The service was very good, the waiters attentive and courteous. They played music, and the sound was truly pleasant.
Delicious food Good service Nice place
Lunches at this place are worth it for their cochinita pibil dishes and their chilaquiles as well as their super good huevos motuleños
Good dishes and drinks, incredible service.
Excellent place, I recommend ordering the dish where they give you one of each so you can try everything.
From the moment you arrive, the service is excellent, and the drinks and food arrive quickly. The tortillas, which they consistently mention as handmade, were delivered cold and hard; they're reheated in a microwave, ruining the experience they so often emphasize. The lime soup is delicious; the cochinita is super juicy, but like the beans and panuchos, it was served cold. I really went for the experience, but there are dishes of equal quality at the nearby markets or the Sunday market in front of the cathedral.
The place is nice, but the service from the hostesses is terrible! We were waiting for our table with my young daughter, and the girls at the entrance were having a rather explicit conversation, engrossed in complaining about their workplace, their coworkers, and bosses, with too many vulgarities for my daughter to hear. They also used aspects of their private lives that were too out of place to discuss in front of a minor.Attention: The owner of this place, upon realizing we were listening to their conversation because of a comment my wife had to make, the girl with glasses and heavy makeup, apparently the leader there, told us that if we didn't want to wait, we could go to the other sister restaurant, also serving Yucatecan food, very close by. (We did go there for dinner the next day and were told that they are actually competitors and that they manage the regional cuisine, not the Museo Yucateco.)Save yourself the embarrassment and go to the other establishment. They give you first-class service and the service is excellent.
