I had a snack in the afternoon. There were barely three tables occupied in the entire bar, including mine, and yet it took them 20 minutes to bring me the digital menu with a QR code (which, as a regular here, I don't even need anymore). Then it took another 25 endless minutes for them to bring me a simple coffee with toast. Considering their prices, they could at least have made an effort to serve the toast warm and with better presentation; what they brought me was cold and soggy, with no care at all.The place is nice, I won't deny that, but the price-quality ratio is still disappointing. The service is slow, the food doesn't live up to the price, and the experience ends up generating more frustration than enjoyment.

Everything's fine with the drinks always perfect, but do you think these two tacos could cost 20 grand? They have three shrimp lost among all the vegetables they sent, and on top of that, they're really dry.

Drinks with ice cream are delicious!

A total disgrace. I went to eat with all the fun, ordered a burger without dressing, and I made that very clear. What did the waitress do? She brought it to me with everything covered in dressing. I complained, she said, "We'll replace it," and five minutes later she brought me the same reheated burger. They treated me like an idiot, pathetic. Disrespectful to the customer. No apology, no real solution. Last time I'll be in that place.
