World-class dinning in Granada. All the special details inside this colonial setting make you feel enchanted. The food is clean, nourishing, delicious and even beautiful. Every table is unique. A must when in Granada.

This is not a dog friendly establishment, even though it was recommended as dog friendly by several locals. I was, unfortunately, turned away. I will have to try again another time!

My girlfriend and I have been fortunate enough to travel the globe in search of great culinary experiences, and very few restaurants can rival the mix of bold flavor combinations, savory cócteles, and inviting customer service. The ambiance is great but the cuisine is worldly - Michelin quality meals to say the least, I would highly recommend.

Best restaurant in the country. If you’re in Managua it’s worth the trip to Granada just to eat here. Kudos to the owners for maintaining consistency over recent years.

Fish tostada and empanada to start. Whole grilled sea bass and slow-cooked lamb for mains. All beautifully cooked. Deep, rich flavours. Elegant, chilled place. Service great. Even got a surprise birthday desert of cheese ice cream!!(photos are from daytime visit, was too dark to take decent photos and do the food justice)

Wow, wow, wow. This was our favorite meal of our entire Nicaragua trip and I'd happily return to Granada just to eat there again. The cold cashew and garlic soup was outstanding and probably our favorite dish of everything we ordered. We also loved the oven roasted beets, the smoked eggplant, the vegetable stuffed squash, and the lime-jalapeno mocktail. (Vegetarians here, can you tell?) Dessert wasn't my favorite course but the corn cake was nice. Service was friendly and attentive; many thanks to the servers for their excellent English. I truly hope to return!
