Nord 23 is excellent, but what makes the experience truly special is Paulo Ricardo's service. Attentive, polite, always with a smile on his face, and very helpful. He makes us want to come back again and again! I recommend everyone who visits him and order the 3-course menu, which is not only delicious but also very affordable.
