The attention from the staff is not very good, the taste of the drinks could improve a lot. The atmosphere is really not recommended since the staff carries out activities as if they did not have any diners, of the 3 occasions I went, the talk and noises made by the staff were heard more than the conversation I had with my guests. I think that's why they never have people at the table.

I ordered through Uber Eats and they canceled my order at the last minute. They have such poor customer service that I had to order somewhere else and it took a long time, and I had to wait for my guests to eat. I don't recommend it.

The coffee is very good, it tastes like coffee as it should be and not like dessert like other very expensive places! As an observation, you could pay a little more attention, I ordered three frappé coffees and I received the changed names and one more point, I think that even if we order by app they should put whipped cream on the frappé and cover the glass all the way to the top and not between the lid and the glass, when I go to the store they do put cream and not by app. But the coffee, that is delicious!!! Hot Italian is a delight!

If you know about coffee you will like this, the owner is a barista and his coffee is delicious. I had struggled to find good coffee here in Toluca and this coffee shop saved me.
