Very good restaurant located near plaza Japan, with healthy food. The prices are reasonable and the quality is excellent. There are several options. I highly recommend it, especially if you wanna escape to a quiet place with healthy food thst won't make you feel bloated after eating.

Good service, OK food but very expensive for what they offer, it takes a long time... and they even charge for the lemon (squeezed) to put in the water.

Terrible! We waited almost an hour for our food, the restaurant was empty, and there were a lot of people chatting. When I asked the waitress about the delay, she said there had been an internal problem; they had simply forgotten our lunch, even though we were the only customers there!

While traveling in Rio Grande do Sul, we decided to try this restaurant based on a friend's recommendation.The location is very well located, with a pleasant atmosphere and beautiful, high-quality furniture.For dishes, we ordered the famous Salpicão appetizer, which was sensational and a great recommendation for sharing. The dishes we chose took about 20 minutes, a reasonable amount of time for a good presentation.Service: We were very well received at the door by a young man, I believe he was the manager, smiling, who, despite the long wait, gave us hope that the problem would be resolved quickly, and so it was.The other staff were nothing special, I confess. What really impresses about the place is the manager who runs the machines. He's impressive, he's everywhere, and he manages the logistics of the staff in a friendly and practical manner, always smiling, with an extreme elegance, worthy of the place.Our experience deserves top marks. Our visit to the restaurant was a pleasant surprise. I hope to return again!

I was recently at O Grão and, despite the long wait, I was very pleased with the service. The manager was extremely efficient and attentive. He ensured everything was well organized and that I was quickly directed to my location, which made the experience much more pleasant.The way he managed the situation with agility and cordiality deserves special mention. Congratulations to the establishment for having such a competent and dedicated professional!It's a shame we don't remember the guy's name. But he made our third visit much better than the previous ones.
