Imperial Room · Olio Ristobar — July 5, 2025Last Saturday, I chose Olio Ristobar's Imperial Room for a reunion I'd been dreaming of for years: a personal embrace with the sacred friends of my heart.As soon as I walked through the door, I knew that the room, bathed in light, would be the perfect setting to celebrate our story: *The venue: warm, elegant, with an atmosphere that invites connection and remembrance. *The food: bites that caress the palate and awaken emotions—each dish seemed to tell its own story. *The team: the true treasure of the evening.My deepest gratitude to Jhon Rio, accomplice and guardian of every emotional detail; thanks to his dedication, every surprise blossomed as it should. Also to José Vásquez, whose generous and smiling attitude made this magical dream feel simple and caring at every moment.Thank you, Imperial Salon team, for turning your space into a hug: I felt at home, accompanied, and celebrated alongside those who are home to my soul.I will return whenever I need to relive that feeling of fulfillment.

Wow! Olio/Jade is a truly exceptional dining experience in Barranquilla, Colombia. The restaurant’s creative take on have to dining experience within 1 building of Italian and Asian cuisine is nothing short of superb. One standout dish is Olio’s take on the Cioppino, a vibrant taste of the Caribbean in a bowl, with fresh seafood, rich coconut milk, and a luxurious lobster bisque. Beyond the phenomenal food, the service is just as impressive. Jhon took care of us every step of the way, making our visit feel personal and memorable. A heartfelt thank you to Astrid for creating such a unique and unforgettable restaurant.

The experience was very good, the service was spectacular, I was served by John, who was excellent and very attentive and friendly.
