First, it took exactly an hour to get the food on the table. The pasta was so hard, the chicken was literally dry, you have to take something to swallow it. The other dish was with Milanese, and it arrived burnt. Nice, but I think it was expensive for the quality of what we were served.

Olivia's atmosphere is very nice, the decor and atmosphere unbeatable. The service we received from the waiters was excellent, and honestly, we had no complaints. I give it 4 stars for the atmosphere because we were located near the entrance, and in that area, comfort is greatly diminished. You can't feel the air conditioning, unlike tables in the back where the temperature is considerably cooler.

The service has deteriorated horribly. The air conditioning never works, the food takes too long to arrive, and it arrives cold. They've become terrible.

Horrible service. Waitresses don't even wait on you. They ignore you when you walk in.

Excellent 2-for-1 promo on pizzas and Aperol

The food lacked a little more seasoning, it was good but could be improved, the service was quite weak, I couldn't find the waiters to order, or to bring napkins, the service really needs a lot or they have few people
