One of the best meals I’ve ever had, if not the best! They selected the finest ingredients from all Peruvian regions and each and every items on the menu were crafted to perfection. The ambience is beautiful, and the service is top notch — definitely topping all the “fine dining” restaurants I’ve been to.Feeling so lucky to have had an early experience dining with OQRE as I bet it’ll soon become one of the top choices for Cusco fine dining!Amazing Wagu, would recommend!Probably the best restaurant in all of Cusco. Traditional Peruvian food locally sourced, Beautiful location, super friendly staff with beyond great service. It’s almost like you’re in a meditative state while being here.I would tell you that this is really one of the best services I have ever had. Both the hospitality, the attention but also the real knowledge of etiquette. Everything was just right. I got an amuse of rolled crab as a starter. Then I ordered the gyozas first, then the octopus and finally the wagyu. That was also really delicious! I asked for a matching wine with each dish and the sommelier came to explain it very nicely. The nice thing was that they were all Peruvian wines. Finally I had an espresso martini because I didn't feel like dessert anymore and I also got a friandise. Service was great for what that’s worth.Fernando is a knowledgeable and friendly manager who recommended excellent food including the artichoke, rigatoni, and suggested a perfect champagne to compliment the meal. We loved the experience at the Belmond in Cusco.Fantastic Restaurant, one of our best experiences in Peru. The setting is fantastic. It is in a hotel that used to be a monastery. The service was fantastic. The waiter was very attentive to all the intolerance that my wife and father-in-law had (gluten and dairy).I had the Caesar salad, which generally is a boring plate and most of the times is the only way to get a salad, but this one was very interesting. Very flavorful not the typical Caesar salad you would find.Would definitely recommend this place if you happen to be in Cusco, the ingredients are mostly local, but there is a very interesting element of international cuisine.Excellent service.
