The scenery is beautiful, but the service was some of the worst I've ever seen. We were a group of eight people. It was appalling. The waiters' service was lacking in variety, and the food was cold. I won't be back, and I don't recommend it. Disappointing.

As for the food, I chose the Restaurant Week festival menu. The appetizer was very tasty, but the main course, which included black rice, was very hard, and the chocolate mousse dessert had a strange and unpleasant taste. I was disappointed.The wait staff is wonderful. The only thing that let me down at first was that when I arrived, I felt quite lost, as there was no one to guide me.The view is beautiful, morning or night.

Only the ambiance is beautiful; the rest is overrated and overpriced for what it is. Sunday brunch has very little food variety, and it seems like everyone stays from breakfast until 12:30 p.m. when service begins. The staff didn't explain trivial things like what was included in the buffet.Most of the food on the pasta and pastry buffet was hard and dry.The price is too high for a very, very bad and forgettable experience.The only thing I'll remember is not going back.

My wife and I had our wedding reception at Orla 21, which was simply spectacular, from the service to the quality of the food. We went on a Saturday when there was a feijoada buffet, but they also had other options like beef and chicken for those who didn't like feijoada.The waiters were very helpful, and the manager provided us with a complimentary champagne glass for the number of people we brought (35). The waiters served the champagne without us even asking and were very attentive to my guests. Congratulations, Orla!

I've been to the rooftop of the Xian restaurant during the day for lunch, and we stayed until after sunset. Amazing!! Next to Xian is Orla 21. This time, I went to a birthday party at Orla at night, and the highlight, the view, is hampered by the darkness, as you can't see the most beautiful sights: Sugarloaf Mountain and Christ the Redeemer. Still, it's worth visiting Orla during the day. If you can, stay until sunset, as you can take photos without necessarily eating. The food is good. A bit pricey, but that's the price for the view, and the prices charged for places of this caliber. What's really scary is right upon arrival: the parking fee, starting at R$65 for four hours, then R$75 for five hours, and so on. I recommend going during the day until sunset. And prepare your wallet for the parking fee, which, combined with the cost, won't go unnoticed.

Beautiful view. Very well-served and delicious breakfast. The price is payable at the door. The information says it costs R$75.00, but when you swipe your card, the charge is R$82.50 (May 2023). It's a bit difficult to reserve a table or sit down and eat calmly, as a waitress with a timer keeps pointing at the clock, making the experience uncomfortable and awkward.
