A delicious experience with great value for money — with room for small adjustmentsOur experience at Oro Restaurante was excellent! The value truly surprised us, with beautifully executed dishes and striking flavors. The service was impeccable, attentive from start to finish, and all the desserts were simply wonderful.I would highlight the corn and fish dish as a highlight — a perfect, tasty, and balanced combination. However, we thought some of the appetizers were a bit oversalted. Nothing serious, but it might be worth checking the seasoning more carefully before delivery, as some were borderline.We sat at the Chef's Table, which was a very interesting experience, but we were struck by the waste at times. We particularly noticed this with a cured egg dish, where it seemed like every other dish, an entire egg was discarded due to the way it was decorated. In 2025, rethinking the presentation of dishes with a more sustainable approach is essential. We believe it's possible to maintain aesthetics without so much waste.Despite this point, we left happy and satisfied with the experience. We would definitely return and recommend it — especially for those looking for fine dining with excellent value for money and top-notch service.
