Thank you very much Ose Creative Lounge! I'll be back soon!We made a reservation on the terrace for February 14, 2025 at 9:15 PM. We arrived at 9:14 and the receptionist (Anthony) told us that there was no longer a table. This guy behaved super rudely and didn't give us any solution, so I proceeded to request the complaints book. He responded that only one person (of the 4 of us) could enter. Then a superior came and let us enter the first floor. After more than 40 minutes we still didn't have a table. In the end they accommodated us as best they could in a room that was not the terrace (and we saw how they gave someone else our table). I absolutely do not recommend it at all, especially if you want to celebrate a special event. Ps. They never gave me the complaints book that I requested.A comfortable place, with good 🎵music... The food is very good and fresh, my husband and I had a spectacular dinner
