Excellent!!

An incredible experience. We last came in 2023, and this time it exceeded all expectations. We were served by Rodrigo, who was exemplary. He explained ALL the dishes, was attentive, and polite. We got one of the more "hidden" tables, which made everything special.This wasn't my favorite restaurant, but after today, it has a good chance of becoming one.

Amazing experience and service! Gilberto took excellent care of us! The best sushi in Porto Alegre.

Guys, go for it without fear. Ask for the Ossala experience and you won't regret it.Regarding the service, I saw that there was a highlighted comment about Rodrigo's service. He was the same one who served us and it was the opposite.He explained each dish to us, every detail of each thing, for example explaining what the Ceviche trilogy is like or how each sashimi was prepared.Regarding the environment, we were in a more private place. There is also the option of tables.One thing to note if you choose the private place: be careful with the step at the table, I almost fell like a duck there hahahahahaha.Regarding the food: I have no words. The combination of flavors of the experience was one of the best I've ever had in my life.The restaurant offers an optional 10% so you can pay in cash directly to the waiter. I admit that on the day I didn't have any cash, but it was a place where I felt guilty about not having paid the 10% to Rodrigo for his presentation, dedication and always checking to see if we needed anything.
