Slug in the Salad – Disgusting and Disappointing ExperienceI was at Osteria da Paz in Curitiba today, June 23, 2025. The place is beautiful and boasts a large "#1 on TripAdvisor" sign, but my experience was unacceptable.I ordered parmigiana with pasta and salad. After a long wait, the dish arrived with a live slug in the salad – a sign that reveals a complete lack of hygiene.I called over the only waiter, who simply apologized, clearly at a loss for what to do. I was so disgusted that I left immediately.The atmosphere is deceiving: beautiful on the outside, but lacking the most basic care for the food.

Very tasty food, we ordered dishes with cod and they were delicious! Cod with cream and the cod fillet!! I recommend it and I will definitely be back!!!

The quality of the cod has dropped significantly, there are lots of bones, it is simply impossible to eat.

EXCELLENT ‼️ Cuisine and Service, especially the Drinks prepared by the Master of Bartenders, the renowned Anderlei, a Gentleman in person.

I've only had Caesar salad and codfish fritters like them in Europe. Spectacular and attentive service, plus the climate control. I never imagined there would be such a special place in downtown Curitiba.

Everything was wonderful! From the service, the food, and the wine recommendations! The price was good, no different from other restaurants. I loved it 🥰

Excellent Mediterranean restaurant, one of the best in Curitiba. Definitely worth a visit and then a visit to the local store.
