My uncle used to eat here all the time, decades ago. He felt at home and appreciated that rare possibility of being fed even better than at home.This restaurant has a rich history and it still definitely lives up to it. All the food is excellent, but this time, we focused on tapas… I probably tried 7 of them and they were all as good as you’d find at the most respected spots in Madrid. The restaurant itself is designed in a classical style that is timeless. Upstairs they have a separate, more private bar. There is also a very quaint outdoor sitting area. Servers are true professionals.This is easily a top-5 restaurant in Colombia for locals and for visitors in the know.
