I love Belén Bakery and Pastry Shop, fast service, delicious food and we had a great time with the family.

Very pretty. Very good quality.

Very bad service from the staff and they made us wait almost 20 minutes to take the order when there were only two tables. The girls arrived with a very bad attitude to take the order and everything we asked for they gave us a but or that they didn't have it. They should improve the service and train the waitresses who are on duty on Sunday mornings to provide better service because in the end one ends up paying for what they are going to consume, not asking for free food.

Many variety very nice place excellent service

The place has a good history and a good reputation, however the service towards customers is declining in quality, two real examples or situations. 1. I requested a chicken empanada, I paid for it at the cashier and when they go to deliver it they tell me there is none. 2. My wife asked a girl who was in the cake area and since she was packing cookies, she told her that until she finished packing she was going to serve her.THE PLACE HAS A REPUTATION OF EXCELLENCE, but today youth do not want to work with dedication, motivation and above all kindness.

I liked this cafeteria where they give good treatment and have good service. It was full, which is a good sign that it is a very popular place.

The service is detrimental, they do not accept their mistakes. I had a cake made in one color and they delivered it to me in another color. By rectifying the color for them they do. But they don't come back to take another order, the owner doesn't like to hear that they made a mistake. But hey, it's his hatred! If you did not receive good service you have to somehow let it be known.
