Excellent, very fast and the food was very affordable and quite good.
I waited more than 30 minutes. It was dirty, almost all the toppings were empty, and the food tasted a bit bland. Honestly, I left disappointed; I was expecting a better location and better food. They need to improve their staff organization.
Very bad experience, more than an hour for three cones, the managers chatting and the cooks not knowing what to do. When my order came out, everything was wrong: the soft drinks were flat, the fries were hard and burnt, the bones were stiff and cold, the hamburger was just two pieces of chicken, no toppings, mayonnaise or anything. I ordered them with sauce and nothing, everything was cold and poorly prepared. Truly a very bad experience.
Everyone is very friendly and the food is delicious and at affordable prices.
Excellent service
The concept and the food are very good. I was encouraged to come thanks to their advertising and the creative and unique way they serve you. The sauces are very good and there is a wide variety. In terms of timing, it took a while despite having come with low demand, and the bathrooms leave a lot to be desired since there is no toilet paper and they look somewhat neglected. Despite that, the food being so good makes me come back for more. If you usually invoice your consumption, they cannot issue invoices yet.
