It was one of our favorites and must-try places in Bucaramanga, but today we were totally disappointed. I ordered a mandarin ale, and it was more like orange. Upon commenting, they assured me it was mandarin orange, so I opted for another drink, this time orange, and they gave me one the same color as the mandarin ale, but this time extremely sugary.Likewise, I ordered a Mexican salad, and it was delivered without avocado. Aside from that, the portion was considerably smaller compared to last year (the date I visited the restaurant), and the price is excessively high.

They charge us twice as I stated in my other review, and they respond to the comment pretending they didn't know... When the day they charged us twice they themselves said that it was something that was happening to them those days with the dataphone (that it wasn't something new) that they would definitely return the money the next day... My friends had to leave their account number and we said we should trust them, that they were serious... (that's what the same supposed owner who came to our table said) and now they respond to the comment days later pretending to be innocent, that they don't know anything and that they are going to return the money... Dishonest is what they are!!!!

We went with 3 friends to eat and frankly from the moment we arrived the waiter's service was terrible, he did everything reluctantly, we asked him for something and he forgot everything... (The place wasn't even full; there was only one other table having a birthday party.) We placed our order, and he delivered it to the wrong table... he had to take it back after it was delivered and just come back to take it out...On the other hand, the cleanliness of the place left a lot to be desired. When we inquired about it, the waiter told us they were knowledgeable, but that he had just arrived from Spain and was learning (it wasn't the fact that he knew or didn't know, it was the bad attitude).But the worst of all was that when the first one went to collect the payment with a credit card, they told her the payment hadn't gone through (even though she showed a screenshot showing that she had been debited). When the second one went to pay, the exact same thing happened, and the owner approached to explain that it was a credit card error that always happened to them, and that they were going to stop using it.But despite the SUPPOSED error being on the premises, and the fact that it's showing that their account was debited, they insist that we should trust the establishment and pay again by wire transfer. If the payment appears double the next day, they will most certainly refund the money. ...that was on Tuesday, May 27th and as of today they have not returned the money.

The food is very delicious and not expensive. It takes a little while to take it but the taste is worth it. Very friendly service Calzoni recommended They have the 3B

I was having lunch at this place today. I must say that visually the pizza was not striking, I think that should improve, the presentation of the dish is important. And I also think they put few ingredients, but the pizza was really delicious in terms of flavor. Although I insist that the visual presentation must be better.
