We were very well served by the exceptional staff. The drinks we had were excellent. As for the food, we were quite disappointed. There were several mistakes I wouldn't expect even in less aspirational restaurants: burnt bread, flaky fish, overly salty dishes, stale meringue, etc. We weren't impressed with any of the dishes. Maybe it was the recent menu change...

It's impossible not to praise the wonderful tasting menu that began this week. Everything was perfect. The flavors were an incredible combination. Congratulations, Yves Saliba!!!

Excellent gastronomic experience

The best restaurant I've ever been to in Belo Horizonte, the tasting menu with food pairings was simply impeccable. Congratulations to everyone involved!

A unique gastronomic experience that everyone should try at least once. With 9 rounds of dishes, the experience is complete, with starters (4), main courses (3) and desserts (2). The portions are smaller, but you need to be to be able to eat everything. It leaves you extremely satisfied! I recommend everyone to try it! And we also ordered a refill of the house sparkling water, which was better than the traditional sparkling water!
