During our visit to Cusco, we had a wonderful dining experience at the Piedra y Sal restaurant. We tried incredible dishes, each with a special touch of local and international cuisine:A creamy and balanced spaghetti carbonara, with crispy bacon pieces.A delicious Seco de Cordero, served with a thick sauce, aromatic herbs and sides that melt in your mouth.A perfectly grilled trout with mushrooms, topped with mushrooms and an intense and tasty sauce.A cozy atmosphere, attentive service and flavors that will stay in your memory. Highly recommended!📍 Piedra y Sal - Cusco, Peru
Are you looking for an incredibly delicious dinner in Cusco? You've found it here. We would go back again and again. Insanely delicious, great service, a nice location, and excellent value for money! It's best to make a reservation in advance, as it's a hotel restaurant and many guests come to eat.
This is a great restaurant. Four of us went and, not sure why, but they gave us the best table right next to a roaring fire in the fireplace. The decor is really interesting and top quality. For food, we split two appetizers and two desserts, and each of us had a main course. Everything was great. In particular, the shrimp appetizer with passionfruit glaze and my spaghetti with pesto were absolutely outstanding. And the service was top-notch, along with fair pricing. How can you go wrong getting a gourmet meal for four with a bottle of wine for about $160 US?
Excellent food and excellent service. Highly recommend the Ossobuco and the Tiradito
We ate at Piedra&Sal today. Unfortunately, the waitress misunderstood that we wanted the appetizer first (just for one person) and then the main course together. We then received an appetizer and a main course. I then said that we wanted the appetizer first and then the two main courses. They offered to take the food back, but the quality deteriorated due to the warming, so we had to eat separately. They apologized several times for the mistake and in the end, they waived our entire meal (one appetizer and two main courses), as well as two cocktails and two waters. That was very generous and a very unexpected service. The food was very tasty, and the Pisco Sour was also extremely good. All in all, a great restaurant with very good service. The interior is very attractive; unfortunately, there was a large group of Americans there who were very loud, but that's sometimes the case. In terms of food quality, it was one of the best restaurants we visited in Peru.
Impeccable food, service and atmosphere.
I highly recommend the Ossobuco
