Went there thinking it's a Lebanese restaurant only to realize it's not Lebanese but instead Israeli. I'm allergic to Israeli food so I left immediately. The menu looks stolen from authentic Lebanese food, like most things.
Excellent food. If you like lamb chops, this is not only probably one of the only places in Merida that serves them, but where they are ALWAYS consistently fresh and cooked to perfection. With mashed potatoes and a bottle of cold Stella, you can’t go wrong.I have been a long time customer of this restaurant and while away & traveling I hadn’t ate there in almost 3 years. I was recently in Merida again and had forgotten about the restaurant almost entirely and then out of pure chance, passed by there and decided I had to eat. I didn’t know what to expect because a lot of my old favorite go-to spots in centro have either decreased their quality, decreased their service, or both. I was thoroughly pleased to see (and taste) that Pita is holding up strong and hasn’t skipped a beat.Absolutely delicious flavor, cooked to perfection, and with top-tier service that is difficult to find right now. 5-stars without a doubt.I was also lucky enough to go in the evening on a day that was a bit cooler than previous days, and the patio out back was clean, private, and airy. I had a beautiful dinner in a place that I really missed eating at.Highly recommended. It made my weekend!
I've never tasted a more disgusting pita. I never leave a review because it's worth doing so no one else will come.
This place never disappoints. The best pitas!
One of my favorite places downtown. The service and food are good. The place is simple, quiet, always has space, and they have a heated area and a small terrace. My favorite is Pita NY. They offer two-for-one beers from 4 to 6 pm. A place we return to frequently.
Hummus and pita bread are my favorites, but everything is delicious and well prepared.
The taste is delicious but I leave the consideration of the service to your visit. I was alone at noon and the boys never asked me or approached me, without napkins and without more drinks 🤷🏼‍♀️
Phenomenal pita bread and falafel. Service was excellent. Some of the best Mediterranean food I’ve had
