Amazing experience. Totally worth it!

Delicious food and a very welcoming atmosphere. I really enjoyed the molecular feijoada, the clam chowder, and the drinks. Chef Ana absolutely nailed the desserts.

I was very excited about the good reviews and how it would be an incredible experience, but I had the complete opposite: very average food, there was even a stone in the beans, but that wasn't the worst part. The experience itself was bad, nothing more than names and elaborate explanations just to impress, the flavor is very average and not surprising at all, and the service is very mechanized. Anyway, I don't recommend it, it's very expensive for what it offers.We paid half of the bill for the Insider of the Stone, a bill of 600.00 with two menus and water, it ended up being 300.00 and I still thought it was expensive for what it delivered.

Sensational and full of flavor, exceeded expectations!

We went on Valentine's Day, and the place was packed, as expected. My boyfriend really wanted to try it and had high expectations. We were well served, the experience was enjoyable, the dishes were diverse, and since there are 12 courses, you leave truly satisfied. However, for us, they weren't tasty; most of them had a foamy, greasy texture. The first course was a bland soup, the chicken was too sweet, the gnocchi was tough, and the molecular drinks had a strong alcohol flavor. The feijoada was very good, the parmigiana was okay, and the crab dish was tasty. Overall, for us, it wasn't worth the investment.

Wonderful experience! Chef Fábio Mattos is an exceptional guy who, together with his team, transforms your menu into something unique! Congratulations!
