I'm not a big fan of fried chicken, although I often frequent the chain's establishments.
Ordered:
• Chilaquiles: fried tortillas with green and red sauce, fried eggs, shredded fried chicken, mayonnaise, hard cheese, red onion, and cilantro.
The plate is a good size, served hot, but its flavor is unremarkable.
The red sauce is a tomato sauce that accompanies any other breakfast; the green sauce is unremarkable, just overly mayonnaise-laden, a dish best prepared at home.
• Encanelado: The encanelados rarely disappoint; each time you visit, the size seems smaller.
The coffee is always delicious, its aroma and flavor balanced in bitterness and acidity, for a fast-food chain.
The table was dirty, but it was the weekend, and demand increases, although those details should always be taken care of.
