Excellent service

Criticism of the Service ReceivedUnfortunately, my experience at this location was not satisfactory, and I want to express my displeasure at the differential treatment I received. It is disturbing to see how the same attention and priority are not given to all customers. During my visit, I noticed that if you are not in a group, or don't wear the uniform of a well-known company, or are not part of the local community, you are simply not treated with the same promptness or cordiality. Apparently, the criteria for service are more based on appearance or familiarity than on order of arrival or respect for the customer.This type of behavior is unacceptable. All customers deserve decent and equitable service, without discrimination based on the number of people, clothing, or whether one is "known" or not. Customer service should be based on courtesy, respect, and efficiency, not favoritism or personal preferences.Furthermore, I would like to take this opportunity to point out the appalling condition of the restrooms. The soap dispensers were empty, which is a serious lack of hygiene, especially in a place that constantly receives customers. Not having soap for handwashing poses a health risk. Added to this is the general uncleanliness of the restrooms: the toilets were smelly, the doors were in poor condition, and the sinks were dirty. This reflects not only neglect but also a total lack of commitment to the well-being of visitors.I urgently recommend that the staff receive training in customer service and that management review and correct these practices. It is also essential that the restrooms be thoroughly cleaned and maintained and stocked daily.We hope this comment is not taken as an empty complaint, but as an opportunity to improve and provide the fair and dignified treatment that every person deserves.

Good service from the moment you enter and the speed of dispatch as well as the friendliness of the collaborators.

The restaurant is in a good location, has self-service, and doesn't have its own parking; you have to enter the Plaza Magdalena Shopping Center parking lot. The food is the same as that offered at all the restaurants.
