They sold us a chicken, which was more like coal than chicken, and they served us reluctantly; they have no patience.

Terrible service 😡, I waited too long at the table and they didn't serve me, I got up to ask the host about the service and she told me that when her colleague was free she would go take my order, this was really bad and then the young lady came to take my order and in my order I asked for coffee, it didn't include sugar, napkins, or cutlery, the order took forever, seriously every day they are getting worse in service, they should train the staff better. Good atmosphere, arrive to watch the game and have lunch

The service they provide in self-service is not the best, whenever I pass 1 hour before they close they tell me that I have to wait 30 to 45 minutes for the delivery of my product

The chicken is delicious
