I have been a customer of this restaurant for a few years and I never imagined that I would get a bad outlook from the person in charge of the restaurant. When I made my payment in the cashier area, they made me wait 10 minutes because the cashier was washing a jar with water, which is not bad at all, and I didn't let her know that I was in a hurry, but when I came to collect my payment, she took care of me and looked at me with a bad look and without knowing me because I don't know her, and the service she gave me seemed very bad. because someone who worked in the customer service area has to know how to do their job correctly without mixing the personal with the work! And another thing that made me look bad was that after charging me he began to treat his colleagues in an inappropriate, arrogant and arrogant manner, which the employees only bowed their heads and that type of psychological abuse is illegal in a company and there are lawsuits against it, that is all I want to express.

The service is always very good and the quality of the chicken is always maintained, but in the other options I think they need to improve

Terrible service, it is always too full so they should improve the customer experience, it is no excuse that because the place is full they serve poorly, not even when they arrive there is someone accommodating the customers
