Today I was served at the drive-thru, they didn't give me the dressings I asked for—I was craving them—and they didn't provide straws. I guess they're distracted. Maybe next time I'll get better service. I'm too lazy to go back and complain.

The food is really delicious, however, this branch can improve in terms of service and hygiene of the premises and bathrooms.

Bad experiences recently, incredible how incompetent they are with the self-service, I usually order when they have promotions, so I consider myself a regular customer, 3 or 4 times a week, the incredible thing is that they always put the order wrong, they have never given me one where I haven't had to check, always either with the complement of the combo or with the specification of the food, today was the last straw they forgot to include two apple pies in my order, I ordered the food mild (I'm allergic to spicy and I even made it clear to them) They gave it spicy and the complement was not what I ordered, I am disappointed with the behavior of their staff, when I talk to them through the microphone of the self-service or they are laughing with their colleagues and they do not pay attention or they are not interested, I always have to correct at the counter, please the management put order, I do not lie, I challenge them to place an order through their self-service so that they can see that what I say is true, the employees do not care what you order and they do not follow instructions, which is a shame because the food is delicious, but knowing You're going to screw up my order, I don't feel like ordering with you.
