Excellent compared to other Popeyes, but yesterday they were busy with a new online ordering program that didn't work and delayed customer service in the store. Even so, the food is excellent, I recommend it.

Terrible service. We arrived an hour before closing time, and since the guys are their kind, they refused to serve us.Honestly, they leave a lot to be desired. The managers should visit that restaurant because, honestly, it's a serious case.

They didn't give me my complete order, I asked for extra potatoes and a salad and they didn't give me anything, terrible service, I even asked the girl if it was complete and she told me yes, they don't give you what you order and for what you pay

Not only have they changed the size of what they serve, before it was small, now it is extra small, almost childish. The waiting time goes from 15 to a little more than 30 minutes... and the worst thing is that now everything is in a combo... our favorite are the tenders, but if you want 6 you have to order two combos... it's crazy, I hope they change the menu
