I don't usually leave reviews, but the truth is, I was saddened by the money I lost yesterday at this restaurant. I've been a Porthos customer for over 8 years. Since I live very close to the Viva shopping center, I always visit that location. Yesterday, for the first time in a long time, I decided to eat at the one in Buenavista, and it was truly the worst restaurant experience I've had in a long time. The bartender doesn't know how to serve beer; more than half a glass was pure foam, and when I complained, I ordered a chicken salad, and the chicken came out completely dry, so much so that my partner almost choked on it. I ordered a baby beef, and even with a knife, it was almost impossible to cut, and even though it was ordered 3/4 full, I spent over 5 minutes chewing each piece. Everything was truly terrible. I would 1,000 times recommend going to the one in Viva shopping center, since I visit more than 4 times a month and have never had a problem, neither with the food nor with the service. The bill came to 160,000 without service, as I decided not to pay it.

I ordered a beef haunch tip, which despite being a good size, the flavor and tenderness fell quite short. Tough and flavorless meat. It looked like old meat. Price approx 60 thousand for 300grs. I'm not going back to the place.

Delicious meat, adequate finish, good service.

I liked the theme of the place and its food, which is very good.
