I was at Premium Restaurante and had an excellent experience! The cappuccino was simply wonderful, very well prepared and creamy. The brigadeiro and hot chocolate were delicious, with a strong and well-balanced flavor. The carrot cake was also a highlight, super fluffy and with an incredible frosting. Friendly service and a pleasant atmosphere. I highly recommend it!

The acoustics need to improve a lot. The air conditioning is very strong. The price of drinks is abusive, water is R$8.00.

First, it's absurd to charge 8 reais for a bottle of water that costs less than 1 real. Then, the loud noise in the place. The food is good/fair, but the price of water is an ABUSE to the consumer.

The service provided by the waiters leaves something to be desired. This is the second time I have been to a party and witnessed the same situation. The waiters are confused and do not follow through on what was agreed upon, for example, to bring drinks with the food. They mark the orders before and after, and do not remember when they are charged. Furthermore, yesterday a group that was with me asked for an extra glass of wine and the waiter said that it was the last glass. How embarrassing! It is clear that they are poorly trained in how to conduct service. There were 4 waiters to serve a maximum of 40 people.
