Pupusas De Olocuilta

The atmosphere is nice, the pupusas are delicious.

You know one thing, I don't like to give bad reviews but now if it is warranted by the comments I have read about the place, I will give my opinion because on Saturday, November 16, 2024, I will have dinner with my partner: 1) Zero atmosphere, but from my point of view it is something fundamental for a restaurant. 2) Terrible and good Service at the same time, let me explain, the lady who is at the grill is super mega pedantic, zero charisma to welcome customers, the cashier therefore pedantic, zero Kindness, what I did like and if I left a good review is from the person who served us, that is, the waiter (the boy with glasses), Super Friendly, he took our order, served us the drink and was always attentive to any request we made, even though he was Serving 9 tables simultaneously. 3)Everything rains 4)They overcharged us, at no time did we read that they charged a tip plus the total consumption. (Make your account before going to the cashier, don't know that they charge you more than what you are consuming) 5)As for the higher price, quality is fine. I will also not demand something good if the price is low. 6)Personally, I loved the pupusas with my partner, it's just that the curtido and the sauce have a lot to be desired.I can only tell you that the waiter (chelicito boy with glasses) that you have is a lot for this place, I think that this boy should be in a place in accordance with his experience where his work, charisma, kindness, hospitality and good performance of his work is not overshadowed by the negative things of this place, therefore he earned our admiration by being the only one serving many people and we recognized him with a good tip.

I usually don't comment on bad experiences, but this place and its staff were a shame. The pupusas were very watery on the outside, poorly cooked. The waiter with the gei, cheap gym look, overcharged us. Not recommended, they make fun of you in your face.

The bean pupusas and revueltos were very salty. The overall flavor of the pupusas is good. The aisles are poorly lit. The cashier is very serious.

I had a very bad experience here. I ordered a coffee, but the cup it was served in was dirty; it hadn't been washed. The pupusas also tasted bad. I'm very sorry I don't recommend this place.

Terrible place, starting with the M service, they treat you like you're going to ask them for free or on credit, plus that old p1nch3 who injects asteroid into his arms, it's better to put them on his leg maybe that way he'll grab it evenly and the most important, perhaps this way you put your feet on the ground so that you realize that customers are the most important thing in a business, the pupusas are nothing out of this world, the price is in the range... There are many better places...
