Good tasteTerrible service. They kicked my mom and me out because they didn't want to serve us. I was going to bring in my soy drink, but you don't sell alternative drinks for people with special needs. Those people weren't very friendly.Terrible service. We were starting to become regular customers, but they wouldn't let us in with the Boba Tea we were drinking. No other restaurant has ever barred us from doing that.The customer service at the Santa Rosa Santa Tecla branch is a shame. My family and I just went there, and I asked if they'd let me bring in a taro drink because my daughter can only drink soy. They said we couldn't come in and refused to serve us. They need discerning staff and managers focused on customers and their needs to create balance.
