You have to wait in a controlled-access line to get your meal and then you're lucky the buffet is full, even for dessert! Completely inadequate logistics and rude staff. Terrible experience! I don't recommend it!

An essential part of this special atmosphere comes from the attentive and lively service of the waiters, especially Alexandre, who makes every visit an even more enjoyable experience. With his infectious high spirits, he not only serves but also welcomes, he smiles with his eyes, making us feel at home. It's rare to find professionals who bring such joy and lightheartedness to their work. Quintana's bar gains life with his presence.Congratulations to the restaurant for having such an attentive and generous team. May this energy continue to enchant everyone who passes by.

It's absurd to come for lunch and have to wait in line for more than 15 minutes to access the service islands. The food is very good, but...

Lucas and I recently stayed at Quintana Gastronomia, and it was undoubtedly one of the best experiences we've had in Curitiba. From the very first moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed—the staff is attentive, friendly, and made a point of making us feel at home.Now… about the food: what an explosion of flavors! As a Curitiba native, I can confidently say it's some of the richest, most creative, and well-executed cuisine I've ever tasted here. Everything is beautifully seasoned, with quality ingredients and surprising combinations.Another detail that makes the place even more special is their care for the environment: they have stingless bees there, which demonstrates their concern for sustainability and nature. Oh, and they even provide blankets for those who want to enjoy the garden even on the coldest days—a thoughtful touch that makes a difference.A complete experience, from start to finish.
