What happened to this restaurant, from being the best to being mediocre?

Excellent place to enjoy with the family...Impeccable service and masterful food...Highly recommended.

My favorite place in Santa Fe to enjoy traditional, regional food of excellent quality. They have an extensive and high-quality wine list, and a sommelier service that recommends and explains very well which wines pair best with each dish.

The food is very good and the service is very good.

It took an hour to bring the food, which was acceptable. The side of noisette potatoes was very limited. The prices were expensive. In the end, they made a mistake with the bill and overcharged me.

Excellent restaurant! Food and service, level. Crystal glasses for both wines and water,somellier to choose and pair the food. Top quality care.

Good service, excellent attention (especially Alexis, who was serving our table), and the waiters are very well-trained. It's not just another place; their standards are a little above average. I recommend making a reservation. Upon arrival, they have their own parking lot where you are greeted by staff who already know your reservation and lift the barrier to enter, giving you the relevant directions. Not being a local (not a customer), I noticed that in the best area (the gallery), they leave some tables open, probably for last-minute regulars. They didn't take advantage of them since we were among the last to leave. My table was in the dining room, where there were plenty of options available. They also have outdoor tables (I'd say great for the evening). They didn't have barbecue utensils; that detail didn't match the place's standard. Alexis insisted on checking out the wines (cava, perhaps?), but I didn't agree because I don't drink. A varied and good menu (beef, chicken, fish, etc.).
