From the moment you walk in, the service is very friendly. The restaurant is excellent, and the service is delicious.

Excellent service and exquisite food

The food isn't bad, but we had a bad experience that completely ruined our visit. The server was being friendly. He approached us several times to ask if we wanted to order anything else, and on one occasion we asked for two glasses of water (it's worth noting that we'd already had two drinks and my boyfriend had already ordered food from the menu). Instead of bringing us the glass of water we ordered or a pitcher like other customers, they brought us two bottles of water. When we saw this, we told the server we had ordered a glass of water, not a bottle, and he said he couldn't cancel it, so out of embarrassment, we accepted a bottle. It was a bit awkward because other tables were being brought the full pitcher and their glasses were being refilled, while we were given a bottle that didn't even cover half of the glass. They never offered us a pitcher of water like other customers, even though it was charged. In fact, it wasn't even listed on the menu. So I assume that since our bill wasn't that expensive, the server just wanted to add more money to the bill to get a bigger tip. Everything was going great until that happened. I personally didn't want to order anything because I wasn't very hungry, but before the awkward moment happened, I was telling my boyfriend that we should come back another day so we could both eat. In the end, we were very disappointed and didn't feel like going back. Finally, we asked for the bill, and someone other than the waiter who served us brought it to us, and without asking, he added a 10% tip.

Very bad service, my bill was 175,000 and they charged me 715,000, more than 4 times the cost. This was on June 3rd and today, June 26th, they still haven't resolved the issue and haven't returned my money.

The venue was excellent. My wife and I had a lovely evening, with the musical band, the appetizer and main course, exquisite drinks, and the delicious dessert typical of the area we tried. An ideal place to try typical Cartagena cuisine with a gourmet touch. The flavors are perfectly executed, everything is cooked to perfection, and the portions are generous. Quality vs. service vs. price are excellent. The staff is impeccably attentive and very friendly.

Very little food for the prices

In the very center of Cartagena. Very good food, the place is very nice, the attention is first class.

It's a unique experience to enjoy traditional dishes. It's delicious, but the flavors are different and not for everyone. The atmosphere is very nice and elegant, and the service is excellent.
