Good place, nice food..The food is not pleasant, very busy so the waiters' attention is not enough and they cannot serve you well.There is pichina, but it took 1 hour and the potatoes are cold and burnedIt's okay but it took me a while to bring the dish but they also brought it incomplete, it was missing toast, it was half served, I went with high expectations but I was very disappointed.
I hope they improveWe came with my partner and paid for today's buffet, which was not a buffet as such, since they served us what they wanted and when we asked for a double portion of a preparation, they denied it to us. I must also add that I have never seen such a poor buffet, with very few preparations, guided, where they force you to eat in the portions they choose, with preparations passed in oil, I would even dare to say that they were refried in used oil, since when you chewed them they tasted rancid and in the case of the tequeños and French fries, they tasted like they were from one day to the next. Added to that, we had to set our table ourselves, even having to go get the napkins, they didn't give us little tables or anything that the other diners did. I do not recommend coming to this place at all, both because of the poor service, the rudeness with which we were treated, nor because of the poor quality food that they served us.Today I visited this restaurant with the expectation of enjoying a good atmosphere, but the experience was not entirely pleasant. The live music was so loud I couldn't even hear the waiter. I had to talk to three people to lower the volume and only then could I talk to my friend and eat in peace.As for the food, it wasn't bad, but it didn't meet my expectations in relation to the price. Overall, the noisy environment affected my experience quite a bit and I don't think I will return.My recent visit to La Frontera Restaurant was a huge disappointment. Although the initial welcome was pleasant, with a small pisco toast, everything quickly fell apart. After taking my family's entire order, they only cleared the table and gave us some snacks (bread, popcorn, and dressing). Approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes passed without us being served the drinks or dishes we had requested. Meanwhile, we watched as other customers who arrived later were served before us. Eventually, the supervisor appeared, offering some trivial compensation, but by then we had wasted too much time, and the experience was ruined. I do not recommend this place at all.A nice place, especially for the groups that arrive.
