The panoramic view was great, I don't want to think that this time it was the cold that was the reason why the ceviche had something but it tasted bad for my taste, I barely tried 2 bites, and I didn't like the rice with seafood and that's despite the fact that I have a good palate.
The place is great, with a privileged view of the Plaza Mayor. The food was good, but the meat in the alpaca lomo saltado was tough, and the potatoes served were very large and dry, with little seasoning. I believe that's how they serve it, without any seasoning. The Chicha Morada was delicious!!! Overall, my boyfriend and I really liked everything!!
Good restaurant on the 4th floor in a shopping arcade. It's a bit hard to find this place. But the view is fantastic. The dishes are simple and for us they were tasty. The service of the ladies is very nice and warm. Good place for relax and food.
We ordered Pisco Sour but the quality was not that good.
The best kept secret of the Historic Center, with a privileged view of the Cathedral and the Plaza Mayor. The dishes are delicious and abundant and the pisco sour is a delight.
There are only two tables with a decent view in this very small establishment. The staff seemed mostly distracted, more focused on watching TV than attending to customers, and the food took about 30 minutes to arrive. Unfortunately, it was barely mid-tier. Yes, I understand that places like this often charge for the view—but in this case, that view is only accessible from a couple of tables. The spices came in cheap, pre-packed sachets. The classic Peruvian purple corn drink was watered down, and when we asked for a grilled chicken breast, we were served some kind of deep-fried alternative, absolutely drenched in oil.In conclusion: come for the view if you must, but don’t count on the food or service to impress.
Moyas is a good-vibe w/ a KILLER View! Service is always fast & friendly. There's a small kitchen that produces really good Andean plates (including Alpaca). Perhaps the beer is not as cold as a tourist might prefer (our Brazilian friend grumbled). We were 3 eaters from 3 countries and we all agree! Moyas is good eats, great service with a spectacular VIEW! And that combination is delicious! Anywhere on the planet!
