It was my first lunch in Iquitos, and I returned today to make it my last. Delicious and plentiful food. The waiter served excellent service, explaining the dishes. Very friendly. 🐢I went to this restaurant to eat turtles. They have two flavors, curry and ginger. I ordered the curry flavor. To be honest, there is nothing special about it. The turtle meat is more like frog meat, and the fibers are distinct. Unlike domestic soft-shelled turtles, this turtle has no skirt, so there is no gelatin, only lean meat on the body. Overall, it is quite satisfactory, but it can be considered as a check-in Amazon turtle.Very good food and great service.Good typical food: turtle, cecina, paiche, etc.Pretty good considering it's Iquitos...although there was a cockroach in the bathroom....
