On my birthday, I decided not to plan anything special. We just decided to walk around Rio. Near Praça Mauá, I remembered this place I'd been wanting to visit. The atmosphere was great, the beer was cold, and the dish of the day was oxtail with cassava puree. Delicious! Perfectly seasoned. I even got a tiramisu for dessert! Definitely worth the extra.

We ate the sausage ragu lasagna which was delicious, but the tiramisu, although tasty, was a bit disappointing.

A unique dining experience! I loved exploring the place and the kitchen staff is incredibly helpful!

On a casual Saturday, we stopped by Café Tero and loved the experience! We ordered the sausage ragu lasagna, rigatoni with hump, and the tiramisu for dessert, all excellent. The prices are great, excellent value ❤️ The vibe of the place reminded me a lot of some good NYC bistros, with a relaxed yet cozy vibe and a great playlist playing. I loved it and will definitely be back!!
