Simply spectacular

Finding the Quetzaltenango restaurant with Italian cuisine is fantastic, generous portions always accompanied with bread and focaccia. Exceptional

Pleasant Italian restaurant with pasta and pizza options with walls and ceilings decorated with old wine bottles. It is not fine dining, but it is not a bad option for a meal in Xela.

Terrible attention from the lady and if you call on the phone they leave you talking to yourself! I don't recommend it

I fondly remember this place until recently, when I was able to return again to try the delicious pizza. I was very satisfied. Unfortunately, the lady serving the menu is very arrogant, and if you ask her questions about the menu, she answers as if you should already know or that you're stupid for asking. Furthermore, when it comes to charging, she doesn't even ask if you need a receipt; she just acts like a fool. Because of her and her dismissive service, I doubt I'll return. I wouldn't want to see her sour face again. Otherwise, everything was fine, excellent food, and the place is very Italian.

Terrible service, the owner is super arrogant and not at all empathetic, definitely a business destined to fail.

I'm very sorry to say this, but this isn't the restaurant I learned to love years ago. The lighting is extremely poor and it feels rundown. Although it's clean, the atmosphere is heavy and unpleasant. Lastly, I don't know if it's just me, but the place had a noticeable smell of cat pee. I really hope they can improve these aspects because the food I remember is spectacular and deserves a proper place.
