When I was given my table, they told me they couldn't change the tablecloth because they didn't have any more, and that even dirty tablecloths had to be used at least three times. There were only three servers; they said the owner didn't want to hire more people. Terrible service.

Their typical Puebla dishes are wonderful, the lemon water is delicious, and the service is excellent. If you come to Puebla, you must try it!

As always, eating at Burladero is a sensational experience, with traditional Puebla cuisine, including mole poblano, escamoles, chapulines, brain soup, and a wide variety of other dishes, along with a wide selection of national drinks and excellent mezcals. Don't miss out.
