Acceptable, but they need more variety. They didn't have beef, arguing that the day I went, they didn't have it, only chicken, and the pork was very dry. They needed more vegetables and a lot of fried food, which in my opinion isn't that healthy. The fruit salad and juices were delicious. I suggest they should offer a variety of protein options; in Ibagué, people eat blood sausage, chorizo, pork rinds, and suckling pig. There were no cheeses either. In short, they need to include more variety.
