I love this place! Its location, its peace, the atmosphere, and the food, of course! Hernán has built an excellent team: Johanson, Joel, Víctor, and Rony are all super polite and attentive to your needs at all times. For me, they're the best staff I've ever had, both inside and outside of Nicaragua. The risotto, the octopus, and the meats are delicious. You need to try this food and see this beautiful place!

I visited the restaurant during breakfast hours, the place is very nice but the service in the restaurant was very delayed, I did not receive the cutlery.

We stayed at the hotel but kept going out to eat, until the last day. Wish we had know how good this restaurant was. Our chicken and vegetables (as well as our shrimp) were perfectly cooked. We both said it was the best roasted chicken we ever had. Our table overlooked the gardens. The prices were very reasonable.

Nice! Beautiful setup inside the hotel, enjoying the inside patio and XVIII century furniture. The food and service were terrific!
