Terrible. If I could give them a zero, I would. My daughter traveled with her boyfriend and family to use the Jest-ski because it was recommended to us by Apulo. Nowhere do they say that if the Jest-ski falls or flips over, they will charge an extra $150-$200 to turn it over. After a long discussion, they paid around $100-$150. And to make matters worse, the service was TERRIBLE AND THE FOOD HORRIBLE. Please don't go here! I don't recommend it at all.The girl who helped us was NOT at all friendly, reluctantly. They should train customer service.The place is nice, but there is NOTHING that makes it special or better yet, they take too long to deliver the food.Terrible service, trip from Guatemala to see the place and the customer service is terrible, they treated us very badly, a place that I do not recommend at allExcellent food quality. Waiting time could be greatly improved, but they are pending. Related services such as boats, jet skis, among others, must be better coordinated. I 100% recommend that you look for him when you arrive at the place. I have read many complaints about the delay in preparing the food, but they took our lunch order in the morning so that we could leave early because I imagine that because of the Easter season they were super full, but to serve us breakfast we did not wait more than 20 minutes and at lunch time the food came out on time. I personally recommend them and I also saw The place is very clean and the bathrooms were super clean, which speaks well of the place because they had someone in charge of constantly checking that the bathrooms were clean. I congratulate them and of course I will return very soon 😎😎My family and I decided to visit this place after seeing it through social networks, when we arrived there was terrible service from the waitresses, the food was cold and the tomato was about to be ruined, the drinks we ordered with the food never arrived, not at all recommended (they also charged us a tip which none of the waitresses deserved)
