Fabbrique has a nice and romantic atmosphere, excellent service and simply spectacular dishes! The Sicilian shrimp and rotoloni were incredible!

We went to Restaurante Week and left disappointed. Of the starters, the carpaccio was good and the arancini was ok, but the main courses left a lot to be desired. The salmon was smaller than the palm of my hand and the presentation of the dish was very ugly, the ribs were very bad, full of nerves. The rigatoni was supposed to have Parma and arugula, but it came as a completely pale dish, very different from the photo posted. I don't have any pictures because I only remember to take pictures when the dishes look nice and unfortunately that wasn't the case. The desserts were also very bland. The place is very pretty and the service was good, although it took a while, but I won't go back because what really matters is the food and in that regard they failed.
