A beautiful property in the middle of the city... excellent service and delicious food!!! A great plan!!!

I love this place. The food and atmosphere are amazing!

The restaurant has an elegant country estate atmosphere, the service is 10/10, the food and the presentation of the dishes are crazy, we loved coming here after a walk through the zoo.

The restaurant is great for special occasions like graduation celebrations, birthdays, or weddings. However, I wish they had more variety in their chicken and pasta dishes because they are very limited.

From the moment you arrive, the place promises a lot: a charming setting and an atmosphere that invites you to enjoy.However, once you sit down, the experience begins to decline. We have visited this place on several occasions, and unfortunately, the lack of coordination and poor service have been constant. There is no apparent presence of a service captain or anyone who truly takes responsibility for resolving issues.On our last visit, we ordered a medium-rare steak, but it arrived undercooked. When we brought this up, the manager not only failed to resolve the issue, but also argued with us about what a medium-rare steak means—an unprofessional and unpleasant attitude.Furthermore, the experience was made even more uncomfortable by a live singer whose volume was ridiculous, making it impossible to have a conversation during lunch. We had to change tables to talk, but even so, the atmosphere was unbearable.It's a shame, because the food is good and the place has a lot of potential. However, a restaurant isn't just about food: it's about the experience, service, customer service, and ambiance. And in all of these aspects, La Hacienda fails badly.I don't recommend giving this place more than one chance. There are places in Cali where you can eat well and feel well looked after. For my part, I won't be back.I don't recommend it. I wouldn't go back more than once, but it's worth a visit, and be prepared for terrible service.
