I'd heard a lot about this place and decided to see for myself if the reputation was deserved. The restaurant was quite full (which is usually a good sign), but fortunately, a server seated me at a table within minutes, a good start.I ordered a seafood casserole, which came with a salad, two plantains, French fries, and white rice. Let's start with the positive: the portions are generous, so in terms of quantity, the experience is satisfying.As for the flavor, the casserole itself had a good base, well-seasoned, with that expected taste of the sea. However, the squid rings and clams were overcooked, with a rubbery, almost chewy texture, which somewhat spoiled the enjoyment of the dish. As an unfortunate detail, I found a small piece of aluminum foil in the casserole. A kitchen oversight that shouldn't go unnoticed.The salad left a lot to be desired: cabbage, cucumber, tomato, and cooked carrot, without any vinaigrette. A salad, no matter how simple, needs attention; a basic vinaigrette could have significantly enhanced its presence on the plate.The rice was plain white, something that surprised me, since a seafood casserole dish, by tradition and harmony of flavors, would be better accompanied by coconut rice. The French fries were well-cooked and in good quantity, but honestly, they didn't fit the profile of the dish.And one more important detail: the price isn't exactly low, which increases the expectation of a more thoughtful experience, both in taste and presentation.In short, it's a place with a varied menu and probably other more recommendable options. The casserole didn't live up to expectations, both due to errors in execution and details that, taken together, affect the overall experience. Ideal for those looking for quantity, but if you value consistency and attention to detail, it may fall short.

Good quantity, but poor quality. The BBQ ribs were very bony and fried, plus they had BBQ sauce from a packet. Lacks a touch of quality. Price. Not in line with the quality of the product.
