It is promoted as an exclusive restaurant, and its prices are the same, but the service is terrible and the atmosphere is like a pizzeria, not romantic at all. The food is very good, but the staff is very bad.

Stayed in the hotel and ended up having breakfast at the restaurant that is part of it. We had free breakfast vouchers but opted to order off of the regular menu.My mom ordered the steak and eggs that came with maduros and gallo pinto and I ordered the vegetable omelette without cheese. Both of our meals came with a beautiful plate of fruit and our choice of coffee or orange juice. The fruit was excellent and everything else was cooked very well and hit the spot. The omelette was a tad oily but it was jam packed with onion, tomato, and peppers!

I visited the restaurant yesterday 04/15 along with my family, I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak sandwich which has provolone cheese, instead of provolone cheese, they brought me the sandwich with cheddar cheese which is clearly not part of the ingredients according to the menu, the complaint was made to which the waitress returned with an annoyed attitude and bringing the cheese separately indicating that the sandwich did have it. Very bad customer service.

They have a SUPER SUPER RUDE CPF. The food is good for a cafeteria, and the place is nice, clean and very well decorated. However, they have a super rude man at the entrance, he treated us super badly because my children were playing. And it's not that he shouldn't say anything, but the RUDE way he speaks. I definitely wouldn't go again.

Excellent, variety, service, quality, presentation of the dishes, air-conditioned, central, the best of the city of León.

The service is terrible; the waiters are rude, the security guards are terrible. The food isn't bad, nor is it the best in León. But their customer service is 0.
