We had a wonderful experience with the food at this place. The manager and staff were very kind to us from the start. Although I was told they're improving their delivery times. You have to be aware that this is a growing restaurant, but their food is spectacular.It took an hour to deliver the food. Terrible service.The only good thing there was the food, lately not even that, the dishes were poorly made and tasteless, the service was terrible, the waiters looked dirty and the place was very hot and the worst thing was the wait for food, up to an hour. I do not recommend going there, there is nothing worth it.I went with good expectations, craving Mexican food, I miss it and thought it was a good opportunity, but I couldn't try a bite, they never gave me cutlery or napkins, the people had a terrible attitude, I asked for extras that never arrived, bad bad badThe buffet isn't the best option. I imagine it was Father's Day, and there were some terrible logistics issues. My family only ate one plate from the buffet (a round) because we couldn't get more because there was no food or plates.
So, for one plate, we paid $16 each, a super unnecessary expense that wasn't worth it at all, given the mariachis and loud music that made it impossible to talk with the family.The buffet's location is the worst. People come in, people come out with food, people waiting for a table, people serving, people waiting in the queue.
