Disappointed by both the food and management.I ordered one of the expensive dishes on the menu — the salmon — expecting a juicy, flavorful experience. Instead, it was extremely dry and lacked its natural juices. While the chontaduro sauce was nice, the chef claimed that dryness was intentional, relying on the sauce to compensate.I returned the plate after eating less than half and suggested charging me half if no replacement was possible. They still charged the full amount with only a 20% discount — barely covering a third of the salmon’s cost. For a high-end restaurant, both the flavor and customer handling were far below expectations.

Very disappointed. My husband ordered salmon that was extremely dry, almost paper-like. The most upsetting thing wasn't just the quality of the dish, but the restaurant's lack of a real solution. When we expressed our dissatisfaction, the only thing they offered was dessert... but we went there for a good main course, not dessert.Furthermore, the final response was: "We'll keep that in mind next time I come back." We find it unacceptable that if a customer is dissatisfied, there's no offer to replace the dish or at least offer a more suitable solution. Terrible customer service.
